    Very good

The location is good in Oxford. The house is family run and that adds to it. The breakfast was good.

    Fabulous

    Location

It does not allow visitors in your room and this was not specified on the website / company policy

As soon as I got in the guest house, the holder told me that the available room for me was a single room with shared bathroom instead the double one I booked through the web site, paying the same price. After a bit argue he decide to give to me the room I booked,( I didn't understand why he did not want give it to me). The toilet was a bit dirty. He insisted on me paying by cash, and not to use the ditails I put through the web site. However, I didn't enjoy my staying there, so I do not suggest this place at all.

This guest house is nearby the citycentre, situated at a quiet street with no noise. It is a ten minutes walk to the centre.

We've booked a double room and got a very small one with a very small bed to sleep in (wich almost wasn't possible). The bathroom was claustrophobic and we've had our breakfast in the cellar where also the office and other stuff was a located. We paid 79 pounds for this room wich was far too much for what we've got.

    Fabulous

The owners were most welcoming. An iron and ironing board were supplied immediately on request. The rooms were very clean. The location was good.

We booked 2 rooms - a single with a shared bathroom and a double. The double was extremely small. We were only staying one night so it didm't matter but longer would have proved uncomfortable. We arrived late so perhsps this was the last double.

    Good

Well decorated room, nice view, convenient location in quiet neighbourhood. Nicely cooked breakfast.

Rather small breakfast room. Limited choice of uncooked items at breakfast eg no yoghurt. Bedroom rather small. No staff on hand when trying to check in at 3pm

    Very good

The young manager, Andrew, a student from Poland, was extremely helpful, well mannered, and knowledgeable. I'd call him a "Man Friday" in that he helped transport our luggage up three flights of stairs, cooked a delicious breakfast, and was a handyman--having done some of the remodeling in the house, apparently! He would be an asset to any outfit!

Kept waiting on door step for owner to return. The room is a single size and sold as double. Very claustrophobic . Very disappointed. Advert for this room/side street b&b is not the same in reality. Owner did not know if we needed a parking permit as it's residential permits only. Advert says free parking!

    Very good

Basic b&b convent for city centre (walking). Street parking over night only. Polite and amenable proprietors. Good english breakfast.

One of the Two shared toilets out of action

    Superb

Nice guest house. No large rooms, but fresh and clean. Staff very serviceminded, late check in possible. Brekfast options (english or continental, cooked on order). 15-20 min walk to city centre, passing Christchurch college.

No shampoo in the bathrooms. No big problem, you just tell the staff.

    Superb

The location was excellent - just a 5-minute walk to the centre and lots of buses passing through, as well. The gues house was clean and the staff was very friendly. The breakfast was quite tasty, as well.

The toilet in our ensuite bathroom was not working properly so we had to use a toilet on the same floor but not inside the room.

This is a Guest House so it does feel like staying in someone's home. Positives were a good location, free WIFI and a very nice breakfast. I was upgraded to a twin room with ensuite and only stayed one night before travelling on.

A bit homely & dowdy - may suit a family or group better.

    Exceptional

Big big cheers to Andrew and Purushotham, they really made my stay good, it should be a perfect example for the hotel management guys, how they did it. Only poor comment- Ensure a1 Taxis are on place when it is req, so much for british punctuality
